GOVERNANCE
The Cape Coast Teaching Hospital Board the Ghana Health Service and Teaching Hospital Act, Act 525 of 1996 proposed the following composition as the Board of the Hospital:
- The Chairman appointed by the President and not an employee of the Hospital
- The Chief Administrator/Chief Executive officer of the Hospital
- The Dean of the relevant Medical School
- The Medical Director of the Hospital
- The Director of Administration
